Koen Stevens graduated as software engineer and obtained a master in e-business. He then worked as an independent web designer for over 6 years. In 2005 he became owner of E-kon internet solutions and in 2008 he founded KMO Video. KMO Video is a company who specializes in affordable but qualitative internet video production, marketing and distribution. Koen now serves as the Chief and Word-of-Mouth Director at Bubobox/Videolab BVBA. He combines the online web and video passion from his previous company, into BuboBox, taking online word-of-mouth marketing to the next level. 

Leen Segers

Co-founder at LucidWeb

Leen is an experienced online Media & Entertainment consultant having worked for Accenture, followed by leading Strategic Marketing Partnerships with the European startup Netlog (backed by Index Ventures and Atomico). In this role, she collaborated with We7 (acquired by UK retailer Tesco) to launch the first music streaming service in Belgium. In 2011, she moved to London and out off the coworking space Techhub (Silicon Roundabout) she evangelized Massive//Media's unique online properties Netlog, Twoo, Gatcha! and Ekko. Between 2012-2014, still based in London, she worked as an online video consultant for Kaltura (US/IL) and Saffron Digital (UK) and excelled in managing complex, strategic Media & Entertainment opportunities with unique use cases. She was COO with the only publication dedicated to covering the European technology industry in depth, Tech.eu.
Leen stepped down as COO with Tech.eu to launch her own startup.
Her expertise shifted from managing a European media publication to launching a curated VR application with content sourced in Europe, across platforms.

From 2012, Georges is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder for Keemotion, he is
responsible for the strategic vision and direction of the organization.

Prior to being appointed Chief Executive Officer, Georges held the position of General
manager of Citendo, a telecom outsourcing company, and held several senior positions in
corporate environments like France Telecom where he was responsible for MNC customers.
Georges also teach the Advanced sales skill to master degrees and MBA students.
Developed practical case studies based on previous entrepreneurial experience. The courses
include basic sales skills, emotional intelligence and approaches in sales development,
advanced B2B and B2C sales skills.
Georges has successfully driven several start-ups in telecommunications and empowered
successfully the sales of these start-ups.

Major skills : Shrewd, self driven and very entrepreneurial, able to work under pressure, great

gives sales strategy workshops and shares expertise at Start it, Imec & Startups.be. Over the last 4 months he helped over 20 SaaS companies shortcut their time to revenue.
