Sylvain Niset is an entrepreneur/manager/traveler that launched 4 startups in 9 countires in 3 years. He started his career as a management consultant and as a salesman. He now provide his epertise via his own management consulting firm and is launching Doctoranytime, a platform that helps patients to find a book appointments with doctors online. Today, he will share his experience regarding the rise and fall of Take Eat Easy that went bankrupt last summer. He was the first hired manager of the company and was very close from the founding team. He was global business development manager of the company in charge of the acquisition and retention of the restaurant portfolio across all markets Take Eat Easy was operating in.

CEO at Nomadesk, a European SaaS company, founded in 2004, focused on Enterprise File Sharing & Synchronization (EFSS) technology.

Chairman of the Board at Unifly, a software company that created the first, critically-acclaimed, cloud based Unmanned Traffic Management System, “Unifly UTMS”.

Co-founded Nomadesk and made it into a revenue generating SaaS-business, poised for growth. Raised over USD 10 million in venture capital (seed, series A and B). Sold the company to UnifiedPost, an international BPaaS provider of integrated business process optimisation solutions including complete document delivery and processing solutions, complemented by payment, financial supply chain, credit management and secure e-identity solutions.

Like to believe I am a business and team builder with a predilection for innovation and disruptive business (SaaS, Utility or "Cloud" Computing).

Before founding Nomadesk, I held business development and marketing positions in telecoms and Internet start-up companies. I hold a BS and MS in Bioscience Engineering from Ghent University, and an MBA degree from Vlerick Business School.

I hold an EASA Private Pilot License SEPL and FAA Private Pilot Certificate ASEL.

A certified SAP-SD/MM Business Consultant and ABAP programmer with experiences that includes companies such as Aramark, Accenture and Microsoft USA. She has held several positions including, Environmental Program Analyst, IT Program Manager, Business Analyst, Sustainability Coordinator and most importantly CEO. Khadijat is passionate about empowering young women with the technology skills and tools necessary to be fully active innovators and entrepreneurs in the 21st century. She focuses her projects on Technology, Entrepreneurship and access for Women especially in Sub-Sahara Africa and the Diaspora. Her work has been featured in Forbes USA, Tropics Magazine SA, and People centered Internet Silicon Valley.
