Service design workshop: innovative procurement
During this workshop you will redesign the process in a start-up friendly way. We will look at all the steps, from awareness about a new call for proposal to feedback and relation building and match making. At the same time, you will learn service design techniques such as personas and customer journeys. The outcome of this workshop will be used as input for the procurement redesign project, planned by the federal innovation lab NIDO and the agency for administrative simplification.
The workshop is facilitated by Koen Peters and Kristel Van Ael, designers from the leading Belgian design company Namahn and by Vanessa Dewulf (NIDO) and Kathy Vanhoorne (NIDO).
